ONLINE CLASS REGISTRATIONCultivating a Deep Prayer Life in a Complex, Anxious World
Join Adam Gray, spiritual director and relational life coach, for a five-session class exploring how to deepen your prayer life in a world filled with anxiety and complexities.
In today’s world of cultural upheaval, planetary change, and collective anxiety, God still invites us to ground ourselves in a trusting, deep life with him. The illusion of control in our culture and churches is more exposed now than it has ever been, even including our controlling tendencies in personal prayer. But there is freedom and healing available to us when we are open and available to God in prayer, not controlling the agenda but simply being with the One who loves us and allowing him to speak and move within us for our good. We will practically explore some of the ancient treasures of Christian prayer and their ability to ground us in peace and kindle our hope for the world. This class is open to both women and men in ministry.
This five-session class will meet once a week beginning February 2 and ending March 9. (Class will not meet March 2.) Each class session will last around an hour and a half. We will offer both morning and evening sections:
Section 1: Thursdays at 9:00 am CT (Central Time)
Section 2: Thursdays at 7:00 pm CT
