Come before Winter (CbW) offers opportunities for Christian spiritual renewal for women in ministry around the world. Currently, CbW offers week-long international events twice a year. These events are holistic, spiritually formative experiences that provide women the opportunity for transformative times with God and with other sisters in Christ through Bible study, worship, prayer, and reflection.

CbW is considering the possibility of adding weekend events for female leaders primarily in North America several times throughout the year. Our vision for these events is for an organization/church or a small group of organizations/churches to host an event for women leaders within that organization or region. The hosting organization(s) would provide the location and would help coordinate logistics. Come before Winter would provide the program (speakers/teachers, worship planning, materials, reflections, etc.). These weekend events could be flexible to accommodate the needs of a wide variety of churches and organizations. 

To determine more about the efficacy of this type of programming as well as the needs of organizations, churches, and women in ministry in North America, Come before Winter has prepared a survey to collect some data. By filling out this anonymous survey, you are providing information that will help CbW better understand the needs and challenges facing women in ministry in North America. As we consider possibly expanding our programming, we appreciate your insight into what types of events would best serve you, your organization, and your ministry context. This survey is intended both for women in ministry and for those who lead organizations/churches where women are leading in ministry.
